A woman’s notes app holds more mystery, intrigue, and truths than any ‘film’

Life continues to throw me for a loop. My notes app is probably ready to retire.

Last month my dad had a kidney transplant. It’s been a whirlwind of change and emotions. Thankfully he is recovering remarkably well. That said he still needs support and my sisters’ and I are coming together to support his recovery. It’s an adjustment, but I’m thankful I can support his journey. Being a caretaker is tough. What’s keeping me going these days? Hydration, meditation, and an amazing partner and community.
